Preventive Maintenance Plans
At Dimech Services, our job is to keep your facility running. We work closely with our customers to make sure all of your equipment is in working order and working to full capacity. We have certifications and expertise in almost any equipment your building may contain and we offer 24-hour emergency services 365 days a year. We guarantee you will always get a live person on the other end of the phone, no matter the time of day.
We offer preventive maintenance plans to help you ensure all of your equipment is in tip-top shape. We offer four different plans to meet the varied needs of our diverse clientele. All preventive maintenance plans are designed to improve energy consumption, reduce breakdowns and prolong equipment life. All customers on one of our preventive maintenance plans receive a discounted rate on materials and labor for any services that are performed at their site. Following is information on each of our plans:
Guaranteed Service Plan:
- Scheduled maintenance visits on specified equipment
- Complete coverage of parts and labor with no additional billings for service calls
- Allows for budgeting of total expenses annually
- Helps to pre-plan for replacement
Premium Service Plan:
- Scheduled maintenance visits on specified equipment
- Maintenance based on manufacturer's specifications, customer application and usage as well as Dimech experience
- Specifically designed for each individual customer
Emergency Service Only Plan:
- Includes agreed-upon hourly rate and mark-up for all work performed
- Takes the “unknown” out of emergency calls
Critical Equipment Plan:
- Designed to keep your critical equipment always running at a high level of efficiency and reliability
- Used for Computer Rooms and critical process equipment
